
LCD has trouble displaying really dark gray and black. Consequently, they often exhibit poorer contrast than CRT and a reduced color saturation for low intensity colors. Unfit for use in a poorly lit or gloomy setting.
Because of its longer lifespan, greater picture quality, slimmer design, faster response time, and more ecologically responsible construction, an LED monitor is superior in terms of motility. The superior quality combined with the initial higher price point may make you choose an LCD choice.
Clarification. Any TV that can display that degree of resolution can be given the HD moniker, including LCD TVs (with or without LED backlights), plasma TVs, and others like DLP (digital light processing) TVs. HDTVs will have better visual quality than standard definition TVs.

Connect the 162 LCD to the I2C module pin. Connect the NodeMCU's GND pin to the I2C module's GND pin and the VIN or 3.3-volt pin of the NodeMCU to the I2C module's VCC pin. For the NodeMCU Tutorial, connect the DA pin of the I2C module to the digital-2 pin of the NodeMCU.
Connect the e wire to complete the setup:
Connect the Arduino Uno's TX to the E P8266's TX.
RX on the Arduino Uno should be connected to RX on the E P8266.
Connect the E P8266's EN pin to the Arduino Uno's 3.3V.Connect the E P8266's 3v3 (or VCC) to the Arduino Uno's 3.3V.Connect the Arduino Uno's GND pin to the E P8266's GND pin.

To do that, I'm going to use some jumper wires to link the pin on the LCD display to the Uno. More
In the etup
Put your LCD screen vertically into your breadboard so that each pin has its own distinct line on the board.
Put your potentiometer in place in the same manner.
Connect the breadboard's / - rail to the Arduino's 5v and GND pins.Connect the LCD screen's Pins 1 and 16 to the negative power rail.
